Athlete Services and Programs provides a year-round resident athlete environment that aims to enhance athletes experience at the Olympic Training Centers and positively impact performance. 

Athlete Services and Programs also works with community sport groups across the United States, facilitating youth sport development and elite athlete training environments.

The Community Olympic Development Program, or CODP, offers Olympic and Paralympic sport instruction and development to the youth in their communities.
